The story
Paul Gayot grew up in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, steeped in the family's winemaking traditions from an early age. The vines on his grandparents' estate, now managed by his father Michel with the assistance of his uncle Hubert, were the playground for his awakening to viticulture. This experience led him to develop a real passion for creating high-quality wines that reflect the terroir of Burgundy.

Paul Gayot quickly realised that his future lay in the vineyards, far from the traditional classroom. Influenced by the enchanting aromas of his family's vineyards and trips to nearby wine villages, he quickly embraced his vocation. His early immersion in the wine world enabled him to develop a wide range of expertise, from winemaking to business, strengthening his determination to pursue his passion for making exceptional wines.
